I had the pleasure of making some traditional Afghani sweets for a dinner party a friend was hosting this week. Below we have Kulche Badami, which I’ve also seen titled Kulcha-E-Badam (Almond Meringue Cookies) and Almond Cardamom Brittle.
Cardamom in sweets is probably one of my favorite international delights. Always a winner. 🙂
